Under New Ownership

Windmill Farm is under new ownership as of SEPTEMBER 2024. We’ll be updating the farm behind the scenes over the next few months, to ensure our furry customers get only the best experience during their stay with us.

Our Pet Suites

In the meantime, our kennel suites are getting a makeover with new flooring and fresh paint. We've also invested in a range of new toys, so you can be confident that your pets will have an engaging and stimulating experience both inside and outside their kennel or cattery.

Take a look

Windmill Farm is set in the middle of Coulsdon Common surrounded by 15 acres of land only 10 minutes from the M25. Founded by a member of the Crufts family over 60 years ago and bought in 2024 by the current owners.

Thank you to Amy and her great team at Windmill Farm. We took Jackson there for the first time and he thoroughly enjoyed his time there. We will definitely be booking him in again next time we go away.

We were really nervous about leaving Hector at a Kennels, as he's always stayed with friends when we've been away in the past. It turns out we had nothing to worry about, Hector was a bit apprehensive at first but was soon off being fussed over by Lyn who is brilliant. Would definitely recommend Windmill Farm to anyone.
